Vito Forte, MD, FRCSC, is a professor in the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery in the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Toronto. His clinical and academic foci include complex airway problems, laryngotracheal reconstruction, congenital malformations, embryological surgery, and oncologic surgery of the head and neck. Dr. Forte was the associate surgeon-in-chief at The Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, and has received the Robert Salter Humanitarian Award and the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery Teacher of the Year award.
