ABOUT THE AUTHORS
Widely published in the otolaryngology, voice, and swallowing literature, Lucian Sulica is Associate Professor and Director, Voice Disorders & Laryngology, in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology at Weill Medical College of Cornell University, New York.

Clark Rosen is Associate Professor and Director, University of Pittsburgh Voice Center in the Department of Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh.

Markus Hess is Professor and Director of the Department of Voice, Speech, and Hearing Disorders at the Universitätsklinikum Hamburg-Eppendorf in Hamburg, Germany.
