How to Order

When ordering by mail or fax, please include in your order the following information:
Your complete name, both bill to and ship to address(es) including zip code, telephone number and account number (if available)
Complete book titles and ISBN for each book ordered
Authorized and numbered purchase orders (for orders not accompanied by payment)
All special billing and/or shipping instructions clearly specified

Using the shopping cart
Plural’s online shopping cart is a safe and secure way to order.
To add an item to your cart:
From any book page simply click on "Add to Cart" to add an item to your shopping cart. Once you have added an item, it will remain in your shopping cart until you checkout or delete the item.
To access your shopping cart:
View what is in your cart at any time by clicking the shopping cart logo at the top of any page. To view your shopping cart now, click here.
To change quantities in your shopping cart:
Input a new number in the quantities box and click "Update Cart" at the bottom of the page.
To checkout:
Once you are satisfied with the items and quantities in your shopping cart, click "Checkout" to enter your billing, shipping, and payment information.
Payment options
Online orders will accept the following credit cards: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa.
Payment Security
Plural Publishing’s website and online shopping cart are VeriSign Secured.
Sales Tax
Online orders that are billed to or shipped to addresses within the state of California will be charged California sales tax. Online orders that are billed to or shipped to San Diego will be charged San Diego sales tax. Orders taken at conventions or meetings will be charged the local sales tax of the city/state in which the order was placed.
Pre-orders and backorders
If you place an order for a book that is not yet in stock your order will be placed on backorder until the book arrives in our warehouse. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is in stock and the books are ready to ship.
Discounts and Special Offers
How to enter a promotional code:
Once you click "Checkout" in the shopping cart you will have the opportunity to enter any promotional codes prior to processing your order.
Returns policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If a book does not meet your expectations or needs, you may return the book in resalable condition within thirty days and the full purchase price, less shipping, will be refunded or applied toward a credit on future purchases. Returns after thirty days from the purchase price will require a $5 per book restocking fee. We cannot issue a refund or credit for any books that are returned damaged.
